The infringed part they've got down pat; it's the "shall not"
they're having trouble with.  The words People, Bear and Arms in
the same paragraph give them fits as well.          
Personally I think we (as a Nation) have amended the Constitution
too much already.  It means exactly what it says.  The problem is
getting the socialist nanny-state types to admit it.
