        You are talking about two different types of discipline.  One is
crinimal activities which both some of public school children as well as
undergraduates participate.  Discipline, in this case, refers to
unregulated activities in a classroom.  What are students doing in a
classroom.  The behavior of my fellow students in college was of a much
higher quality than of the public school.
