Don't know that it isn't. Can't honestly remember what version I first used 
last year, but I did go to 1.1 when it came out in May and have been using it 
since without a problem.
First question, are you rebooting between using Injoy and using DOIP? I *do* 
remember that being a problem, and Injoy is documented for not releasing the 
PPP/SLIP interface. Seems I had problems going either way. So, make sure 
whichever dialer you try, it's the only one you use on a given boot.
And, for whatever it may be worth, here's a summary of my setup (PPP and COMM 
pages) for my ISP (Erol's). Started off as screen shots, but I removed all 
the high "ASCII" and superfulous stuff.
