Sondra,
Well Mike's a real sweetie when it comes to working on the truck or the
house. I was in tears Sat when the truck wouldn't start. I tried my best
not to be the 'whimpie chick', but I muttered something like, the crap never
ends, and I'm getting bummed out. He's a real kind wonderful man
Sondra.....he didn't try to lecture me as to where I had gone wrong, or tell
me what to do, just said get in the car, we're going to town. When we got
there, he had already called and had the alternator belt waiting....then came
home and put his errands asside and fixed the truck and put the battery
charger on it so it would start the next day when I headed home. It relieved
a lot of stress, and made this week go well.
Sunday I came home and hit the want ads, and the job market broke open. I
sat up and printed resumes and cover letters, and got offers, and several
inquires. I started working today and will go in tomorrow since the other
new gal called in sick on her first day . But they also told me that they
would give me a long weekend anytime that I wanted it, so it's a good trade
off.
I hope you're doing fine, and are getting through the winter. Mother
Earth is trying her best to bring us Springtime again......just seems like it
always takes so long.
Thanks so much for all your prayers and concern....I look forward to
hearing from you.......
Patti
