Unfortunately as a whole, the FTSC has become ineffectual. Perhaps the mandate needs revising? I am sure things are improving slowly but there is a long way to go. The effectiveness of the FTSC diminishes in direct proportion to the amount of debating that is a result of Zonal politics and the shrinking size of the network. Again, let me reiterate - this has nothing to do with individual members. I speak of the body as a whole.
