That reminds me...

The corner office on the top floor of the police station where I work, is the
boss's office.
One day the air conditioning caught fire and set the office alight.
Fire department was called in to smother the fire before it got too far. Fire
was stopped with only minimal damage and roof damage.
Everyone of the staff members were rooting for the fire to completely
destroy the office and some where hoping the boss would be in it.
But it wasn't to be. The boss is still here, and still useless.
