     I FINALLY GOT THE MODEM TO WORK!  I'm not holding my breath...will  have 
time to mess with it in a week or two, MAYBE!
     All the utilities go on in my name on 4-1-97; will start moving in after 
I have it fumigated, etc.  One (wrought iron) fence will be up...am making 
plans for another fence and a corral.
     Attention, Mike & Jean - My uncle bought me an Amish-made Meadowbrook 
cart and deluxe Smucker's harness for my birthday.  I will haul Spot down to 
the buggy place next Saturday to get her all fitted up properly!  (HUGE GRIN, 
TOO HUGE TO ABBREVIATE!)
