One time, Nancy had to remove two children from the home of their paternal
grandparents. With a Chicago cop, she had to fend off the grandfather (who
was in a wheelchair after having his toes removed because of diabetes),
physically and verbally assaulting her. All she needed to enter the home
was the custody order.
