| subject: | V/CD isn`t recognised |
Hi CHRIS (of 2:252/171), On , in a message to Bob Gearhart you wrote: CK> Both the Roxio WinOnCD and Ulead do the job, however, the WinOnCD CK> resultant V/CD isn't recognised by all DVD players and, on others, CK> the sound is really scratchy. Odd indeed. It's not so odd as you might think. Features and capabilities among DVD player brands and models can vary greatly. Only recently for instance, DVD players are featuring MP3 support from CD-RW discs. I wouldn't be surprised that some salient subtlety exists among "VCD" and "DVD" recorded formats. As far as I know, not all VCD formats are created equal. ...August --- FMail/Win32 1.60* Origin: . (1:229/390) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 229/390 167/133 379/1 633/267 |
