Well, it looks like the Rockies have finally found a viable anchor for their 
starting rotation...let's hope they work to keep him, and to keep him 
ppy...
In the short time he's been with the club, Pedro has pitched well enough to 
keep the team in games...the rest of the rotation seems inspired also...
with any improvement of a mediocre outfield defense (notably excluding
Larry Walker's arm), the Rockies could turn into the next NL dynasty...
AND that conversion COULD start in 1997's post-season play...all we need is 
for the Padres to play out their spoiler role against the Giants to give the
"Rox" a shot...LA iswithin our reach!
