RF>         ACK!  No!  Why go for a dull, standard side-
 RF> scroller when so many possibilities exist with 3D?
 
The only dull ones are the ones that are poorly designed.  I still play games 
like Monuments of Mars and Commander Keen because they're very good games.  
Granted, if Keen were to be remade, it'd probably be done with 3D effects, 
the latest greatest technology doesn't always equal a great game.
