Following up a message from JIM WELLER to STEVEN HORN About Meat inspection:

Yup as in a previous post there is one here the closest to Whitehorse, for
Yellowknife it would be Grande Prairie AB.

Canadian Food Inspection Agency if not in Whitehorse then would have to
come from Dawson Creek, if not in Yellowknife, which I suspect there is
because of the Whitefish harvest,and packing, if not then Grande Praire.

So it could be timed within a day or three when they would arrive then.
