Now - yes, but after appearance our zone will be election.

It's depend from Zone2C position. Policy 4.07 violate this, but may be
exceptions... I think - they may to stay (as region or network - depend
from these count), because exist "autopilot" stations.
But we are planning transitional period of same years (minimum 1 year,
maximum - infinitive :-) ).
