   Only because he didn't mention it.  What he described differs in only =
one small way from what you would see if you tried to delete the icons = as
a non-admin on Windows XP.  The one small way is that instead of = simply
reporting access being denied there is an option to continue with =
elevation and the secure elevation prompt to approve this.
