Just to start another thread.....

This week I have a lady wanting me to commission me to come teach her how
to get pictures off her new digital camera and onto her computer. 
Apparently her daughter bought her the camera for Christmas, but managed to
lose the book before giving it to her.  MY camera came with software to get
the pictures onto the computer (though I no longer use that), but she says
she didn't get that either.  Don't all digital cameras come with some sort
of software?
