To have legal 2 way communications, you need to have the primary party 
respond to the secondary.
    
      To ignore Radio and TV as invalid as I did once, it was because I did 
not get through well enough to the primary party for valid responce and I 
advised that their comments were subliminal and innuendo.
 
      Other people some times notice, but they will get the same answer about 
it being innuendo.
  
      No they are NOT crazy hearing things that no one else hears, but the 
communications is INVALID according to their CARRIER and STATION MGR. and 
even the FCC if you call them.
