Mesing here,

seems that new update is trying to prevent executing if reference to
library does not exists.
Also, it will add "MISSING:" in front of the library name-descr.
thus notifying you that you should disable it prior to Run. Also, it is
Idiotic they do not note you the name of the library, so you need to check
References and locate the one by "MISSING" prefix. Think that
they are using low-cost operation: We will re-Use "cant find project
library" dialog, thus not extending it to fullfil the name of the
object in question" - Bravo to MS: once again. Bloody cheep F*.

Still, lotta things broken {at} me CO.
