To all those contemplating attending the Jan 06 Yak Night...

Whilst we've now settled on Friday Jan 06 as being the most convenient date
for most intending participants, we're no closer to determining a venue,
and I guess this is dependant upon how many people are likely to attend.  

As mooted previously, the Ettalong RSL seems to be a fairly popular
suggestion, but this may not suit everybody, especially as it's a good
hour's drive from the Sydney CBD (and even longer from the southern
suburbs).

Although those who prefer Ettalong are guaranteed a place to sleep that
night if required (not to mention the obligatory early morning swim in the
shark-infested waters of Pearl Beach), it may be inconvenient for some, so
if anybody has an alternative suggestion, please post it now, as we're fast
running out of time!

Travelling is not a problem for us at all, so feel free to suggest
somewhere in the Sydney area if you prefer.  As an aside, anybody who
wishes to drive up to Pearl on any other day between Dec 31 and Jan 10 is
more than welcome to do so.
