Why do you ask about post encephalitis syndrome? My interest is that my 
ex probably had encephalitis about 23 yrs ago. i think that it may have  
changed her personality subtly. I think that this contributed to her
intolerance of the things I could not do due to polio. 
Consequently I am very interested in anything on encephalitis. Her 
diagnosis did not come through until I got a second opinion, I 
respected, when he dismissed the likelihood of MS.
