Yes you did...  Security Express is a guaranteed next day delivery to

almost anywhere in Australia.

Registered mail is simply a method of putting a trace on the mail to

ensure it gets to its destination.. the reciever has to sign a form to

say they've recieved it. Registered mail is often a day or two slower

than regular mail
