When strong forces haul in opposite directions the object of applied 
forces moves nowhere. But anarchy -- it is when there are no forces at 
all. Brownian motion. ;-)

You don't understand that for defeating Hitler it should be masses of 
people who must be ready to give up their lives for the the big aim and 
fight till death. When Soviet pilots spent cartridges they often rammed 
German planes, Soviet soldiers often plugged pillbox embrasures with 
their bodies. So, it is very important who are the men running towards 
the enemy tranches under a squall of bullets. A western style man would 
probably prefer to surrender or to sit calm.
