Thanks for the head's up re:AD.  Sounds like a good excuse for quitting
work that day. 

I've had a couple of problems with AD but I have to give (paid) MS support
kudos.  I had a problem which I should have been able to resolve (a too
long group account name I couldn't delete) which they helped me fix and
offered outstanding followup too.  It was a couple of Maalox weekends tho.
