Hrvoje, understand MS is doing what AOL did with the compuserve forums,
they don't actually visit the forums they just look at the stats and know
everything.

They take a bunch of people who know nothing about computers and watch for
how they expect the computer to work then the programmers make it work that
way. The problem with this method is the people they are allowing to
dictate how a computer should work don't know anything about computers..

It's like letting someone who knows nothing about buildings, traffic flow
thru rooms, air circulation, convenience, etc. design a building. Oh, I
always have to go to the bathroom after eating so lets put the door here in
the kitchen...
