 1. Fixed modem bugs:

    1) Pulse dial:
       .There exist false ring from speaker if digit "0","9","8" is press 
hen
        pulse dial is enable.
    2) AT command and response:
       .The ECM(+FRY?) doesn't support,it should response "errorr".
       .When "ATRU" command is entered, the modem will go to kernel.
       .When "ATS18=32(230400 bps) is issued,the modem can't accept any 
command
        from DTE
       .The redial should be stopped when users exit the terminal program.
    3) Physical layer compatibility:
       .The compability for E2864 with GVC 33600 modem is about 50 percent
    4) Physical layer compatibility:
       .Modem handshaking will fail if S/N ratio is less than 19 db.The new
        firmware will connect successfully if S/N ratio is greater than 15

    5) Link Layer compatibility:
       .Sometimes the modem will connect to none error control with USR
       .Sometimes the modem will connect to none error control with Rockwell
    6) Security Function
       .The call site set "&n14&k3" and answer site set "*g3",there is no 
password
        prompt and the answer site hang.
    7) V25bis in AS400
       .The "&R1" function fail,when modem work with AS/400.
 2. Fixed fax bugs:

    .  If paper jammed or no paper happened,the modem can not return to idle
       mode during fax printing via parallel.
 3. Added new feature:
 ---------------------
    .  Disable Plug and Play if S58.3=1
