Hello Elvis...I am afraid I must take issue with you here to an extent.
This woman is running a bird business and has contracted to send birds.
Short and simple... regardless of her personal problems.  It would also
appear that she has not contacted her customer to advise of delays nor
has she made any efforts to resolve the problem (my conclusions).
Certainly this buyer made a big mistake by sending money sight unseen.
BUT I feel the obligation to deliver what was agreed upon rests with the
dealer.
