I can't imagine that a server's memory would be so fragmented so quickly
as to cause problems as you describe (nor can I imagine fragmented
server memory would cause workstations to lock up).
I can think of all kinds of questions to ask to get down to the root of
the problem, but the one thing someone will be SURE to suggest is that
you apply all the patches, just to be sure the playing field is level
(that is, apply the patches to BOTH RW and NetWare).
