I am so tired of finding that I can't browse anywhere without having
microsoft record every damn place I go and using my computer as storage to
hold this history in hidden places and against my commands.

Ok try this, purge your cache, purge your cookies, use tweakUI to purge
all, use whatever programs you like to remove all traces of where you have
been browsing.

Now go to your profile/local settings/temp/temporary internet
files/content.ie5 and using notepad open index.dat then scroll to the very
bottom (it's blank at the top in a last hope effort to fool you).

WTF? I mean how hard do I have to work to keep my computer from recording
my every browse or at least purging this shit when I tell it to? And this
just changed recently (like with the april IE patches as it used to be
profile/local settings/temporary internet files/content.ie5 (which is still
there btw). Must have been some sort of an effort to break the special
purge programs that are available.

It's like MS is being told by homeland security to add forensic features to
windows. This has now gotten to the point where I'm booting knoppix from CD
to do my browsing.
