It is basically a visual-design interface for C++, very similar to what
Delphi does for Object Pascal. I've recently installed it on my other PC
(running Windows NT) and it seems very nice, but I haven't had much time to
thoroughly examine it yet.
It includes the Borland 5.x compiler so you can compile regular (non-visually
designed) C++ programs with it as well...
And it's pretty cheap, too, imho (at least the standard edition).
