If you're concerned about accessibility, this is probably a really good move.
It will likely cause some issues for some of the less tech saavy existing base
when it comes to updating, but in terms of anyone new joining the fold it means
sbbs now does things similarily to pretty much ALL other open source projects.
Not to say that there shouldn't perhaps be some thought towards streamlining
updates for the first group... but if you keep your mods in the mod folder, and
setup a non-default shell for all your custom ansi, etc, there shouldn't be a
whole lot overwritten in an update aside from a few settings.
