Through access to other subdivisions could mean a heavily traffic'd road or
roads that destroy the safety and character of the residential neighborhood
along the street(s) involved. Dangerous for kids playing as well. Its OK
for "your" subdivision, but wouldn't want it in "my"
subdivision. However, subdivisions with more than a single access point to
a backbone non-subdivision road is something with which I could agree,
unless the access points create non-subdivision through traffic going from
one access point to the other.
