I've took your advice and converted all the 50 odd forms so as not to be
autocreated. I take it I need to put "Action:=caFree" in the OnClose
event for the form? I've used FormVar:=TFormname.Create(Self) just
before each FormVar.Show.
Thanks a lot for that tip, it really does save a stack on load-time and
resources. I'll assume that it fixes the original problem too ;-),
because I've not have it since.
