Dear Joe:
  I figure that a lot of these old guys who run TV repair shops, when they 
retire, are unable to find someone to take over the business. As a result, 
they give their old Sams to the local community college. Near here, DC Public 
Library gets Sams, as do Library of Congress and Bowie branch of the Prince 
George's County MD Library. So does the public library in Vancouver WA (I get 
around). There must be many more, and with the 'net, contacting them couldn't 
be easier.
