Hahaha.. >, except:

that may cause undesired operation.
Does that mean it is accepting interference, but its undesired operation is a 
crash? 8-).. Gotta love your FCC!
And perhaps, in England, they don't need to be FCC Compliant, so they have 
simply left out the RFI shield.
