Intresting...  You may want to try it with and without using a fossil to see
if one way performs better. You could do the same with DSZ, by trying
the FDSZ fosslilized version.

Your PDZmodem configuration looked fine, though "log name word"
is usually 10, and dl log keyword should be lower case z, but that would
not explain the CRC errors you get.

Did you try setting the the baud rate to 115200 in ADF? .

What buffer sizes do you set in your ADF command line? Try this:
ADF.exe COM4 2E8 3 115200 4096 1024
(Replacing the first 3 parameters to match your com port addr + IRQ)

What type of PC is this DOS box? Does it have 16550 UARTs or better?
The 16450s or 8250's won't perform well. Are you running under DV or
straight DOS?

It might be due to the serial to telnet link slowing things down. I've never
heard of Leif Bloomquist's BBS Server software before. It sounds like
it redirects inbound telnet connections to physical COM ports under
Windows, much like my NetModem.com server software does. Do you
have a URL for Leifs BBS server?
