If the British communication laws are similar to the Australian ones, you've
virtually done everything in your power to prevent the problem.
If the neigbours keep on complaining, call your local radio organization (the
equiv. of ARRL) and tell them about the problem, they should be able to help
you sort it out.
Don't let it bother you, and discuss with the neigbour the possibility of
encapsulating the playstation into a sheilded box. Of course, if they were to
take you to court over it, there /might/ be a problem.
