I haven't run the DOS version for quite a while, so I fired up v3.22 to
check.  If you are not running a script, text pops up in the Re-Dial box
that says "Connected at xxxx......Press any key to continue".  With a
script, the Re-Dial box clears itself and the script continues to do
it's thing.
In any case, I bet Wayne's problem was that the modem was connecting but
not informing Telix that it had (via an incompatable 'Connect' string).
He could still clear the Re-Dial box with a keystroke and continue but
under that condition Telix doesn't log the connect.
