Have you tried the Soundblaster driver on that Walter Metcalf put on
the KW Os/2 user's group site, wfmetcalf@golden.net.
The file is SBWARP4.ZIP with instructions on installation. This is
driver for soundblaster to be used under Warp 4, looks like it may work, but
may only be for 16 bit soundblaster cards.
