        pretty disorganised and  unreasonable....
        Cant remember the figs offhahndly , but they run into
        LACKHS ...even under the discounted scheme

        ( Cheaper than LEASED LINES T1...et all)

        This year itself ...sometime ..when ever
        A lot of pvt isps will be  opening shop ...
        They will be alot more organised and competetive...
