Hey this is very interesting! Since I also am involved in this type of work, 
maybe you could tell us more. It seems to me that such items would obviously 
be personnal. How could someone have their wedding/vacation/historical 
photos/personal documents copyrighted? And if they are copyrighted, and the 
owner wants to have them scanned, how can there be any type of problem?
