No - the GUI prevents you doing that kind of stuff. To create a mirror, you
need two dynamic disks, with the partition you want to mirror on the first
disk, and sufficient free space on the second disk for the partition that
will be created to mirror the first.
You can extend ("span") a partition on a dynamic disk to cover
another partition on the same disk, but that's not RAID.
