Perhaps I don't understand the science of patches but it seems to me if a
patch contains 3 files A B and C and when you install it only finds files A
and C on your computer, it would be trivial to update those files and just
skip file B. What is the problem with how they patch this stuff, this seems
a simple concept to me.
