Both Addrom and Rom2RA were written for RA 2.0x, before the Index files
were added to the RA FileDatabase in version 2.50.

Because of this, when you create FILES.RA (and FGROUPS.RA) using
these utilities, there are slight differences in their structure, and also 
the matching index files (FILES.RDX, FGROUPS.RDX) are not created
or updated.

To get around these issues, you could do the following after running these:

1. Back up your existing *.RA and *.RDX
2. Delete FILES.RDX and FGROUPS.RDX
3. Run 20XTO250.EXE which came with RA 2.50
  Answer NO to all questions about upgrading files
  except for "Area Configuration files" which include
  MESSAGES.RA and FILES.RA.

This will update the structure of your FILES.RA
and FGROUPS.RA to be 2.50 compatible, and it
also creates the index (.RDX) files.

Note that if you had moved file areas around so
their numbers were non-seqential, then by deleting
and recreating the index files the areas will revert
back to their original sequence.
