CS> One of my favs, you cant get. It's a sort of accident. American version CS> of Brie. Very aromatic and amoniac which most in Europe would think was CS> brie gone bad. Looked for that yesterday but didn't find it and that didn't really surprised me. Both Sweden, Denmark, Germany and France are known for producing good cheese so why import from America. CS> I like it though that way. Quite strong. Wonderful with CS> brined olives and black pepper fresh ground over the top. Smear small CS> amounts on a cracker and top with the olive and black pepper. Instead I found one I haven't tried before, a Whiskey-nobel. Might be good with a little glass whiskey. ---* Origin: . (2:203/614.61) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 203/600 20/11 106/1 2000 633/267 |
