 EG> argument between Maddux and Martinez is far different than Maddux vs
 EG> Hill. Hill didn't deserve even ONE vote for the Cy Young. He got 16 wins

Then again, that year, Hill finished second that year to Maddux in the Cy 
Young voting, so, obviously other writers agreed with me that Hill's year did 
deserve some mention.
Maddux, that year, did get all the first place votes, and, Hill did get most 
of the second place votes.
