I got a hex-edit patch copy of Morph's Gymnasium from Mark Jerome a few days ago, and I'm testing it now. If it works properly, I will send it to Chris for him to use in an updated patch archive of the igm. And I found that my old email address for Chris was still usable after I'd posted my query here about him, so we are still in contact. And he's still supporting the igm as much as possible. But he can't provide serial number registrations to anyone since he doesn't have the igm's source code. If he did, he either would have recompiled the igm himself or I would have done it for him most likely. >> Side note. Has anyone heard anything on what happened to Eye of the Hurrica >> BBS and its sysop? The guy just dropped out of sight several months ago and >> has not been heard from since around Thanksgiving. The guy's name is Kristop > just talked to him 4 days ago. > he hasnt disappeared. Well his bbs telnet site vanished last year around Thanksgiving, and the only valid email address(es) I had for him also stopped working at that time. So I just wanted to re-establish contact with Kristopher Jones again, but I never see him around these bbs-related fidonet echoes. Ask him to get back in touch with me via email if you don't mind, Jason. I'll be releasing a new hex-edit patch update of Castle of LORD in a day or so that Mark Jerome fixed for me. It works well so far and allows full access to The Arena and The Palace. I provide all of the support for Trevor Herndon's programs at his request (made back in 2003). I am doubtful that I will attempt to recreate the igm as a whole, but I do intend to reproduce segments of it inside Hiding In The Shadows and Ruined Castle igms this month. Starting with its Weapons Shoppe and Armoury events. Then maybe down the road, I'll work on an Castle of LORD II igm that duplicates the original as much as possible. For now, the only other new DOS LORD igms I plan to do this year is a recreation of Shauna, Princess of Sorcery, and maybe a DOS LORD version of my Lord/32 Free World II IGM eventually. Have you ever heard of anyone who has a usable registration for John Hutton's Socrates Shop igm, that they would allow others to use as a public registration key? Doug Rhea found John last year, but to date, John has been unable to locate his source code. He had given a copy of it many years ago to Nannette Thacker, but she no longer has it any more, Doug learned last year. I've been told that the only cracks for LordTrx will not work with the last version, 1.15. Have you ever seen anyone with a registered LordTrx 1.15 game?
