worked around this build.
Those are my personal foundings:

Installation:
        - If Windows were already installed on part. on which you want to insta
ll
Vista it is stating: "doc. & sett." and "users\"
will be renamed to *.old
        - Then, when you boot the system youll see that whole old installation 
is
moved to Windows.Old


setup screen, regional settings:
        - country setup does not accept more the one char input
"ge" for german
y
        - when country is selected, time zone is not automatically set to capit
o city
of the country selected

uses 6.5 GB of space (Ok, it's still beta, debug check build)

Boot Manager:
        - now has "Tools:" section which has Win. Memory
Diagnostics tool - is 
working

securtiy centar:
        - damned icon is always in sys. tray (and after stopping/disabling the 
service
- sec. centar notifys you that you can "help yourself" with clicking on the
icon) - I do not want that icon there!

Customize Icons settings does not have:
        - system icons: there is no sec. centar to turn off
        - hide inactive icons: sec. centar is set to: hide when inactive - not
working, after moving it to HIDE, nothing changed :(

Task Scheduler is a Killer - at last!

To view processes from all of the users, you need to click special button in taskmgr.

cmd.exe still does not have c/p from keyboard (cannot belive this), still,
there are few nice and welcome commands like: icacls, mklink, robocopy (now
integrated)

Nice future in performance diagnostics group is Reliability Monitoring,
giving you option to track some system changes

Disk Management:
        - now supports Shrink & Expand Volume (hell, it was about the time!) - 
and it
is working :)))
        - doco. states that there is no clean way to repartition Win. partitons
 (use
thrid party tool they say), still, I had no problems doing so from Disk
Management (I hope they will leave it!!)
        - also, shrink and expand was done on Basic/Simple volume, not dynamic!
        
        - diskpart.exe still gives me Access denied - seeing this in last 3 Vis
ta
editions.
        - I can use diskpart.exe only if I use Run As Administrator on cmd.exe 
(still,
user with which I tryied is in Administrators group!)

Runas:
        - RunAs.exe now has /showtruslevels and /truslevel options giving you
possibility to use: Disallowed, Basic User and Unrestricted trusts
        - Runas (when clicking on the application, like IE) is now renamed to "
Run as
administrator" and found no way to runas as another user from gui (why is this
?!?!?!?)
                - documentation is stating that applications ran with run as ad
ministrator
can be start with another user. created another user, but found no way to
run it with someone else then admin. Also, cmd.exe ean as administrator
does not have title renamed to (running as ...)

        - two new users: test1 (regular) and test2 (Administrators group)
        - curren state: buil-in Admin disabled, first.user (admin group), test1
(regular), test2 (admin. group)
        - when starting something that need confirm, UAC is now displaying both
,
first.user and test2 user as option users to use (this is OK!) - Only after
changing that Admin should be asked for Creds. not only consent (gpedit).
Consent again does not give another Admin user to choose :(

Looking at gpedit.msc:
        - it is much faster in loading!
        - you'll see that Administrator account is Disabled by default
        - more UAC control settings, added FW in separate
        - much more organized - subFolders per function, service, etc.
        - Nice! :)

Note to everyone: to use this  OS, you really need a big resolution.
Working in 1024*768 is pain in the ass!!!!!!

when returning from sleep, there is inconsistant logon screen:
- first there is a password box shown, then there is picture, etc. - this is
happening on the slow machine, but still, the overall experience should be synched!


Services:
        - after killing like 10 services, there is only 1 MB commit charge free
d
        - some of the old services are devided to multiple ones (spearation)
        - there are many new services
        - Display Names of services are still strange (funny)
        - Description again does not have enough sirious explanation of what se
rvice
is for and how it might impact the system

UAC (!!!):
        - UAC can be turned off through user accounts manage., through GPO_s to
o.
        - when UAC is needed to accept higher sec. needs, whole screen is in bl
ackeout
- Secure Desktop option (this can be managed!)
        - UAC dialog box is funny, you cannot copy/paste the path + command lin
e out
of it (idiotic!) + no advanced options
        - I also hate BIG ICONS of users that are displayed when choosing user 
to run
appli. with


Uninstallation:
        - uninstall programs does not have an UAC shield icon (did not test if 
there
is a difference)
        - you cannot uninstall these "windows" components:
                - media player
                - win. defender
                - IE (ofcourse)
                - sidebar

..\Windows\..:
        - root of the same folder is again populated with twain* files, some
setup*.logs and other services logs (funny!, one would think that would be
unified under ..\windows\Logs\.. or something)
        - system32 is a huge dump standard + there are language folders for MUI
 ?,
etc. and 2500+ items: *.dlls, executables, etc ...
        - printing *.vbs are moved to system32\Printing_Admin_Scripts - one wou
ld
think they would create Default script repositorium or something ?!
        - system32\Logfiles in a little bit in order - not sure how it will rea
ct when
other stuff is enabled through registry, etc.
        - there is standard system32\drivers\ + ..\DriverStore\ with FileRepost

almost 1GB of drivers still I did not found driver for SoundMax integrated
sound card which is almost common thing on many PC_s and laptops!
        - there are lots of things new and changed .........

Windows Explorer:
        - uff, I got headache from this one!
        - you need to check run in separate process to get separate desktop  
Win.
explorer - still, this is BS solution
        - Directories does not show Size still - cannot belive this - but you w
ill get
the Size of the folder if you put mouse over it
        - there are many, many new Detail attributes you can add to see in expl
orer,
still, found no option to in example have loaded *.vbs script or applic and
display its output .. this flexibilty could help in some situations!
        - Address bar is nice, search bar is handy, still there is no COMMAND L
ine is
explorer window which could give speedines to working with explorer!


It is very bad that RTM Vista will not have P2P Synch. (PC to PC in
example) The tested edition was Biz. one, still, found that maybe the name
could be something like: "Windows for Kids - Light" or something
...

This was just a slight overview of the first hour working with Beta2 of
Vista - not sure what to think ...
