Just read the sent copy of that sample script. 
 
 
It seemed okay until I sent it. 
The comments ;  to the right have wrapped to the next line  and 
where I had used the ascii half symbol ( 1 over 2 ), it is showing as 
a 2. So a two and a half second wait is showing as a 22 second wait. 
What a mess. My apologies
