Is there ANY kind of trigger that will make IREX 2.31 deliver mail AS SOON AS
ANY HITS THE OUTBOUND DIRECTORY?

IREX event manager is set for Event A (-fetch -send -trim) Start 00:00, Repeat
event every 00:30 and Event B (-sq) Start 00:00, Repeat event every 0:30.

By the way, what is (-sq). Someone else set it up for me, and I'm not sure what
that means.
