Nit pickin' here too:

Some bipolar circuits use complimentary saturated common-emitter
stages that can pull the output to within a few millivolts of the
rail voltage.

And most FET output stages can pull the level close to the rail
voltage, depending on the loading.

But these chips probably have TTL outputs or similar.
