  I only have the March WGA version.   I rebooted and monitored with an
external network sniffer.   Mine isn't reporting to Microsoft, but I
noticed something doing DNS lookups on recently visited web sites.   Might
be the DNSCache service because there were no other accesses.

   I'll continue to avoid this 'Critical update'.   I'm 99% certain that MS
will pull the Skype trick: publish or claim an exploit for older WGA
versions to force people to upgrade.
